A few quick ideas to keep you motivated as we near the end of our 30 day, 30 minute minimum, workout challenge. These can easily be done in your Hotel gym or you can do sprints in the park, if you prefer to train outdoors. The only equipment needed is a skipping rope, which can be effortlessly transported in your luggage.
