The Meaning Of My Life

It is days like today that confirm that I am definitely on the right track, with regard to living my authentic self and fulfilling my life purpose.

Around the same time I started my studies at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I came across the above quote and had an A-HA moment, already signs of synchronicity and attraction were landing in my lap, indicating to me I was in my chosen path and on the right journey.

Last night I received the below email from my friends Mum. It made me feel sooooo happy to hear she is getting positive results from my guidance, to know that I have made a difference. It is super motivating and such a satisfying line of work as a coach, teacher, helper, giver and healer – knowing you have influenced miraculous improvement in someone else’s well being.

Hi Linda, thank-you so much for all your help and advice, it is really appreciated. I am doing so well on the juices, I have cut out all processed foods tinned foods, sugars etc. Animal protein to a minimum and then free range chicken. Our local supermarket used to carry a range of organic fruit and veg, but lately they don’t have in stock. I managed to find a market, so I will be going to the market.

The results of my blood tests are really good, my oncologist says whatever I am doing I must carry on doing it. She is amazed at my progress – believe I have been healed, even my house doctor said I have no symptoms of leukaemia.

Miracles everyday, compared to how sick I was. It will be a slow process and I must be patient. I was ill for a long time before the diagnosis, and it won’t be overnight.

I feel fantastic, once again thank-you so much for all your help.

Lots of love, joy and laughter.

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each one.

I am by no means claiming I am an expert on leukaemia or any terminal illness for that matter. I would never go against the advice of your medical professional, however it is empowering to know the results of cleaning up ones diet, a pantry purge and detoxifying your living space are profound – such small changes with such massive impact.

In this particular case my role was to raise awareness, to give guidance towards how to implement positive change and to act as a healing cupid, connecting my friends Mum to a healing specialist – in this field.

My current line of work as a Flight Attendant was always my childhood dream and it has without doubt served a role in bringing me to the place I am today – although no amount of free air travel, caviar or Dom Perignon will ever surpass the contentment in knowing that even though a somewhat late bloomer – my journey has only just begun.

From an enlightened me.

  1. Your post today was very powerful. You must feel so chuffed to have made a positive contribution to the well being of your friend’s mum. I look forward to many more positive stories of your successes.

    • Thanks for your feedback! It is such a delightful feeling to hear the voice of hope and improvement in her email. It also gives me a warm feeling to know that she has taken what I have said onboard and valued my input enough to put it into action. Happy days!

  2. Linda, I have seen that everyday, first thing in the morning I need to feed my mind with something that encourages me and puts me back in the right track. Your blog is becoming one of those things. Synchronicity is the word you used that gives you the hint to know that the right things are happening at the right time, and you are making those things happen. Synchronicity between the yearning of your heart and the work of your hands. It is amazing that all these can translate into helping someone to heal their existence. That synchronicity is called Destiny. Thank you for your blog. It is becoming a light and a guidance and a reminder of all the things that need to be done in my life. Well done! :D

    • Luis, thank you so much for your positive feedback! Likewise, when I read your comment it really gave me that joyous feeling inside that keeps me motivated to keep moving in this direction. Thank you for taking the time out to message me and make my day….again! It brings me so much happiness that I have made a difference in your own personal endeavours, keep it up. You are going to be amazing! There are so many people out there that need a helping hand from individuals like you and I! :-)
