Day 2 of the “Young and Raw” 30 day green smoothie challenge.

Todays smoothie consists of:

  • Blueberries 
  • Greens of your choice ( I chose spinach and broccoli )
  • Parsley
  • Coconut water
  • Chia
  • Maca root powder
  • Loving Earth – Rainbow superfood blend

Garnished with my daily handful of goji berries and a sprinkling of hemp seed.

They are calling it “Blueberry Parsley Green Smoothie”. I am calling it The Rainbow Warrior, a term of endearment relating to our A380 aircraft. The full recipe can be found in my Recipes To Avoid Disaster menu or by clicking on the highlighted name/link above.
