Fit 2 Fly was born to give you one flight attendants view (from the top) on how to stay healthy on the go. I write in the hope that my readers will learn how to survive the long haul without becoming mentally deranged from jetlag or having to shuffle through the aisles sideways after one to many onboard casseroles.
